For our multiple locations in the Solothurn/Bern area we are looking for an

Employee Health and Wellbeing Operations Lead (80%)

Your Role:

You will lead and support projects linked with the enterprise Health Promotion & Wellbeing 2020 strategy aiming to improve the general health of our employees and their families. You will promote sustainable behavior changes, being part of a wider Occupational Health & Wellbeing professionals. You will guide and support a comprehensive thinking to the management of the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of employees and their families. It will be the responsibility to raise awareness within the J&J community and support our site GHS staff in developing and advancing a Health Culture. You will also ensure interaction with site leaders in order get endorsement.

The "Health Promotion and Wellbeing Lead" will be required to identify health and wellbeing issues within our workforce and provide creative solutions. Quality, effectiveness and sustainability of the health promotion programs on site are key for the success. We expect you to bring new focus, idea in your domain of expertise.

Qualifications

  • Strong social skills and able to communicate with different type of partners at different level within the organization with ability to influence and convince others in order to achieve own results.

  • Ability to work in a matrix, team oriented environment and good team player/collaborative

  • Education Requirements:

  • Master in Public Health or equivalent experience in leading Wellbeing & Health Promotion/Prevention

  • Project Management experience / track record preferred

  • Experience:

  • 5-8+ years of Wellbeing & Health Promotion/Prevention management experience

  • Minimum Language required: German Good / English-> Business. Any other language would be an asset.
