The North America HR Operations Leader is responsible for establishing and implementing and ongoing management of the US and Canada HR Operations team. The Leader will provide day-to-day supervision of the HR operations and call center to ensure timely and appropriate handling of associate and manager HR issues and questions, including resolution of any issues that are escalated from the team. The Leader will also analyze team performance, evaluate efficacy of processes and make recommendations on service improvements. Major Responsibilities: * Design, implement and manage HR Operations processes by establishing, communicating and monitoring customer service processes to include the the establishment of SLAs for core services and processes. * Apply end to end process expertise to design and implement current, new or re-engineered processes into a Shared Services operating model. * Proactively evaluate and identify improvements to processes and system functionality for optimal sevice delivery and make recommendations for improvement based on data. * Ensure Personnel Records are accurate, current and compliant. Manage overall project to move to virtual personnel files. * Develop an implementation and change management plan for the North American implementation of an HR Operations function for HR. * Partner with the Director of HR Technology to manage the implementation of enabling software. * Work collaboratively with the global HR leaders to establish consistent HR Operations processes where it is possible given local labor laws. * Directly manage a team of associates. * Manages workflow, work schedules, and assignments to ensure efficient operation and a high-quality employee experience is provided. * Create, develop and monitor appropriate metrics that assess the status of a specific business process. Implements proactive measures to mitigate risk and action against underperformance. * Demonstrated process improvement and problem solving skills. * Ability to convey difficult messages appropriately and effectively to all levels within the organization. * Provide coaching, training, and performance management to team members ensuring all members have the skills and knowledge needed to be successful in meeting established SLAs in a professional manner * Develop and implement a structured and uniform process for the escalation of complex issues related to the services provided through HR Operations and provide guidance to team members on effectively utilizing model to resolve escalated/complex issues in a systematic manner. * Develop, analyze and prepare reports for corporate and field HR managers using metrics, SLAs and data that provide insight into the effectiveness of the HR Operations service model. * Resolve any escalated associate and manager issues. * Serves as resource for site HR Partners to contact directly for issue resolution. * Responsible for vendor management to include managing relations and deliverables from ven
