Dell Advisor, Sales Operations in Xiamen, China

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Attain targeted sales goals and performance through the effective management of the daily operations of the sales force;

  2. Analyze various sales reports to determine buyer/buying influences and project sales to establish quotas;

  3. Resolve complex customer concerns regarding the sale/delivery of products with customer and internal departments such as manufacturing, customer service, and financial services;

  4. Participate and close large sales opportunities with sales representatives;

  5. Provide management to a unit by establishing goals and objectives, assigning tasks and reviewing work at frequent levels.

    Qualifications:

  6. College diploma or above, 7 years sales working experience with 3 year in people management role;

  7. Proven track record of success in managing a sales group to achieve targets;

  8. Have experience and ability to coach sales on achieving targets by focusing on processes and metrics;

  9. Good at developing and coaching direct reports to continuously improve their individual performance;

  10. Good in English writing & reading;

  11. Drive to excellence;

  12. Able to locate in Xiamen or Chengdu.
