All the primary duties within this document will be performed according to established policies, procedures and guidelines within the department and the Medical Center. JOB SUMMARY: Maintains the operative aspects of the Performance Evaluation System and Compensation System. Maintains a data base for all Job Descriptions. Performs payroll audits to ensure data integrity for payroll processing. Performs surveys and assists with research and data analysis. PRIMARY JOB DUTIES: Monitors and maintains operational aspects of the Performance Evaluations. This includes the uploads/audits of the Performance Management Spreadsheets, LAWSON, and the electronic performance evaluations scanned into Image Now. The HR Analyst will be an administrator for Leadership Evaluation Manager (LEM) software to maintain user access, run reports and help maintain the global goals. Audit for compliance of Performance Evaluations. Maintains a current data base for all Job Descriptions. Assists HR Manager- Compensation in general salary administration determining salary grades for new/revised jobs. Prepares the PDO Sellback Excel electronic payroll upload files (3 times each year) and audits to make sure they are in compliance with the HR Paid Days Off policy for each company. Prepares the PDO Payout request for payroll on a bi-weekly basis for terminated employees. Performs weekly and bi-weekly payroll audits working in LAWSON, Kronos and Excel to ensure data integrity for payroll processing. Calculate and prepare any payroll corrections needed and compliant with wage and hour laws. I.e. retroactive pay. Maintains position maintenance in LAWSON to include the job code, position code, education/certification requirements and supervisor reporting structure. Enters the Kronos Security access in the LAWSON HR Employee screen as requested and appropriate. Coordinates 90-day reviews for new/transferred employees. Prepares wage and salary annual surveys using advanced analytics in Excel. Acquires various salary surveys to support the compensation strategy. Assist HR Manager-Compensation with the annual market review. This will require the collection and interpretation of external market data thru the use of Salary Surveys: Nationally, Regionally and Governmental. Assist with any approved changes to be communicated, entered into LAWSON, and reconciled. Performs a variety of assigned projects and participates in department initiatives/A3's. Assits department visitors and with compensation-related questions or personnel services. Assists department staff with compensation-related questions. Assists with communication/education tools for management and staff to explain NHRMC's Compensation Programs. Demonstrates standards of performance (ownership, teamwork, communication, compassion) that support patient satisfaction and principles of service excellence. Performs other related duties as required. ESSENTIAL JOB SPECIFICATIONS: Education: BS degree in Business Administration, Personnel Management or related field required. Continuing education in compensation and/or Human Resources administration preferred. Licensure / Certifications: None required; C.C.P. certification preferred. Experience: One to two years' personnel experience, dealing closely with numerical/statistical information and salary administration OR equivalent combination of education, training and professional experience. Experience with Lawson and Image Now software preferred. Proficiency with Excel is required.
