JPMorgan Chase Operations Analyst II in Wilmington, Delaware
The Project Manager will be part of the CCB Card Corrections Group. As a Project Manager in the Card Corrections group, you will be working on projects in support of customer issues, marketing initiatives and various other areas impacting the customer and the consumer lending organization. We use a rigorous process of defining requirements and project specifications. Analyze and discuss the potential risks/benefits involved in using the specified solution to address the issue. Conduct triage meetings and champion solutions through to resolution providing oversight and insight into the overall customer experience. During this path, you will be leading/participating in meetings at the operational and project level, providing continuous feedback on project status and offering creative/ alternative solutions to ensure the issue is executed in a timely manner meeting. Promote effective teamwork and manage the resolution of interpersonal issues. Define purpose, clear roles, tasks, milestones and measures of success. Develop project plan and execution approach. Monitor projects on an ongoing basis, evaluating progress and quality, managing issue resolution process and taking corrective action as necessary.
3 to 5 years of project management experience
Expertise in project management discipline, tools/techniques and Project Delivery Process
Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and interact with all levels (horizontal and vertical)
Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work
Strong verbal and writing communication skills
Strong team building skills
Experience using MS Word, Excel, MS Project, Access, Power Point, Visio, and knowledge of card processing systems.
