Kforce Operations Support Specialist in Westborough, Massachusetts

Kforce has a client seeking an Operations Support Specialist in Westborough, MA.The Operations Support Specialist is responsible for:

  • Act as a liaison between the Home Office/Field Organization to ensure new initiatives are implemented with clear expectations in an easy to execute manner

  • Work with the same Home Office/Field Organization on constant improvement of existing processes and system enhancements

  • Write standard operating procedures and day to day communication as well as assist and train other business areas on how to write and update their communication

  • Is the primary role responsible for content maintenance and records management of all content on our company intranet using Microsoft SharePoint

  • Assist with testing strategies and the execution of user testing for support applications

  • Manage the resolutions of day to day operational issues and questions

  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to clearly and succinctly communicate information

  • Strong follow up, ability to work independently and have some flexibility with scheduling are strongly desired

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and easily change prioritization is essential

  • Basic Microsoft office knowledge and the ability to learn systems quickly is needed but will train candidates that have at least 1 year of experience, including 1 or more of the following: Human Resources, Member Services, Frontline and/or Cash Office is preferred

  • On call hours during business hours is also required

  • Some travel is required
