execute the operational project portfolio controlling processes

work with Project Portfolio Controlling (PPC) stakeholders to ensure internal controls are in place for services in scope

You'll be working in the Project Portfolio Controlling (PPC) team within Group Technology Operating Management, in Weehawken, NJ, USA. We ensure an effective and efficient Operating and Control environment across Group Technology, delivered within agreed operating plans, whilst providing portfolio management services across the firm. The PPC stream is accountable for delivering consistent change the bank (CTB) portfolio planning, reporting and portfolio assessment. This Portfolio Execution & Operations Analyst role will require you to work closely with senior managers within Group Technology, the divisional Governance committees, Finance, Group Strategic Change Management, other streams in GT COO and the program and portfolio management communities.
Your experience and skills:
experience in working in global, enterprise IT management environment
a broad understanding of IT functions, processes and organizations
strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure stuff out)
process know-how (execution, documentation, optimization)
a good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; some MS Access and/or Sharepoint preferred
two to five years' experience
a strong communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
comfortable working independently, as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment with sound judgment for when to escalate issues
well organized and able to thrive when no two days are the same
