NJ Employer Sales Operations Support Administrator (Life Science) in Wayne, New Jersey

The Sales Operations Support Administrator will perform sales support and administrative tasks in the Life Science Division sales departments, including compiling, organizing and communicating internal and external documentation related to the sale of Getinge products. Responsibilities include: * Provide support in the preparation of formal responses to RFQ's, and customer inquiries. Prepare cost sheets, quotations & product specifications for sales territories as required. * With the support of the Manager, Technical Sales Support, National Sales Managers and Regional Sales Directors, provide cost control on projects to maintain product margin targets * Support the regional sales account managers with special pricing requests to all factories. * Maintain the transfer pricing database from all factories. * Sales Force Automation (SFA) maintenance. * Sales Operations data base population and management. * In conjunction with the National Sales Managers, support the interface for alternative distribution sales communication, as well as collaborate with regional account managers, project managers and department heads to facilitate Life Science projects. * Assist in the maintenance, stocking and distribution of all marketing material (product specifications, brochures, etc.) * Perform other related duties as required. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * 3+ years related administrative experience in customer service operations * Proven abilities to work effectively in a multi-tasked environment. * Computer literacy; familiarity with information technology concepts, personal computers, Microsoft Windows operating system and applications. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to communicate to all levels of management, in a professional manner. Minimum Requirements: * Associate's degree in business related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience Environmental/Safety/Physical Work Conditions: * Must be able to interpret and manipulate data from verbal instructions, computer-generated reports, software programs, and written correspondence. * Must be able to respond to inquiries and communicate with others in writing, face-to-face, via telephone and e-mail in a professional manner. * Minimal traveling is required, (2-3 times annually). * Must be able to work at PC work station eight (8) hours per eight hour work schedule. * Ability to maintain regular attendance is mandatory, including flexibility with regard to month end closings, special projects and trade shows.
