Job Description

Job Summary:

The Omnichannel Optimization Analyst is responsible for driving projects and opportunities to improve the dotcom fulfillment experience. The primary focus will be to manage projects, take meeting minutes and ensure follow up tasks are completed on time. The analyst will work with cross functional teams and vendors to improve performance. They are expected to consistently build relationships with cross functional departments and display a positive, enthusiastic attitude for the job and excellent interpersonal skills. The Omnichannel Optimization Analyst reports to the Manager of Omnichannel Operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review Medallia dashboard and comments, identify trends and opportunities to improve the dotcom fulfilment experience from the customer point of view.

  • Supports projects to improve performance, systems and new initiatives

  • Develop project plan, schedule meetings, take notes, and ensure actions items are completed within the allotted time frame.

  • Acts as primary point of contact with store operations and Ship from Store field teams. Collects comments and questions during weekly field calls and distributes notes and action items to the team.

  • Collaborate with fulfillment teams to improve execution and implement new systems or processes.

  • Interacts with vendors, our Dot Com fulfillment centers, stores and shipping carriers to ensure flawless execution of online orders

  • Partners cross functionally with other departments such as Operations, IT, Transportation, Customer Care and Engineering to improve systems and processes.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts Degree

Supply Chain degree preferred

2-4 years of experience in financial, operational or business analysis

  • Experience with Microsoft Project Plan and/or OneNote

  • Experience with PowerPoint, Excel and/or Access a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail, ability to listen and document notes.

  • Ability to work well with individuals throughout the organization.

  • Self-motivated individual with a drive for results

  • Excellent written and verbal skill
