Kforce Operations Analyst II in Waukegan, Illinois

Kforce is partnering with a life sciences company that is looking for an Operations Analyst II. This position is in Waukegan, IL.Duties Include:

  • Provides support using business applications used within the organization to perform quality data entry into a CRM system

  • Perform system monitoring and business administration support as requested or as self-determined and agreed to by management

  • Identify, analyze, escalate, resolve and document problems and issues identified during data review and input. Use technical tools (queries, MS Office) for problem monitoring and resolution

  • Responsible for the monitoring and the appropriate tracking reports to assist in the management of services that assist operations

  • Prepares weekly status and analyzes trends to aid in the, enforcement, development and/or revision of organizational policies and procedures

  • May execute test scenarios and cases

  • May define, design and document business process flows

  • Understand and follow appropriate quality GDP, GMP and validation processes and business processes

  • Communicate concerns, status, and solutions; disseminate information in a timely manner within the team

  • Create and review documentation and communications (internal and external communications)

  • Relevant work experience in technology and business required

  • Experience in business CRM system

  • Appropriate understanding of support process

  • Solid communication (verbal and written) skills

  • Business knowledge including quality systems and lean culture

  • Sense of urgency with strong follow-up skills

  • Must be detailed oriented and maintain a high level of accuracy preforming repetitive activities

  • Able to work in a team setting and with various teams within and outside of the organization

  • Strong working knowledge of Office 2007-13 and Visio

  • Experience in system testing, validation, Siebel, and JDE desired
