Job Description

The Ops transformation analyst is an exciting opportunity which will play a key role in re-shaping the Private Bank to be THE private bank of the future serving High Net Worth, Ultra High Net Worth and Mega wealthy individuals. He/She will help drive key Private Bank Operations initiatives including defining a new and comprehensive set of KPIs and Operational metrics for each product and function.

The analyst will work to automate KPIs and create live digital dashboards to increase visibility. They will also review Operations process globally and help identify and resolve for regional differences, and help build the Operations strategy and roadmap including helping determine the effective use of RPA / Robotics, Digitization, and professional Productivity, including DTA (desktop analytics) as well as Operational Excellence. This is a very exciting opportunity for the right candidate with great exposure to senior management, growth potential and direct involvement in the formation of the long term Operations strategy and roadmaps.
