OPERATIONS MANAGER (Customer Service): The Customer Service Operations Manager shall have at least two years of experience in a managerial position related to CLS and material support and shall possess previous experience that enables a holistic focus on supply chain performance and relates supply chain input (money) to supply chain output (weapon system availability) to optimize spare parts availability. Responsible for linking processes and inputs in order to maintain the balance and alignment between supply chain processes and customer and stakeholder objectives, achieving both weapon system availability and cost reduction goals. Experience and skills required:- Ability to communicate concisely and accurately in technical matters.- Extensive knowledge of large, complex aviation and/or communications-electronic ground systems CLS programs and their QA requirements.- Experience that involves the analysis, planning, design, implementation, documentation, assessment, and management of an enterprise structural framework to align the information technology strategy, plans, and systems with the SCM mission,structure, and processes of the organization.- Active SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED.
