The Mission of P&I S/4HANA is to protect and grow SAP’s core business and in addition evolve this business into the cloud. This will be achieved by delivering the next generation Business

Application SAP S/4HANA On-premise and in the cloud.

Already today the strategy pays off with many customers adopting S/4HANA. This uptake fundamentally demands an even increased focus on delivery against the strategy.

P&I S/4HANA is responsible to manage this major investment and to deliver S/4HANA in time, quality and budget.

The SAP S/4HANA as next generation suite need to be promoted internally and externally in a very clear and transparent way and via all channels supported by SAP and fully in agreement with our branding and GoToMarket team. The goal is to simplify the S/4HANA messaging and to make it consumable and accessible within our company.


We are looking for a working student supporting our operations activities:

  • Supporting in creation of reports and reports packages

  • Support communication and social media activities

  • Creating high-level presentations, adding new and compelling features.

  • Collaborating with various teams to collect additional content and news.

  • Support Team with ad hoc requests


  • Student at a university of applied sciences, marketing, web-design

  • Excellent MS Office Skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint

  • Reporting and analytical skills

  • Flexibility and focus on results

  • Fluent in English and German (written and verbal)

  • Pro-active and self-dependent working style

  • Ability to collaborate across virtual teams to achieve combined goals

  • Good networking skills

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships).
