  1. Prevent bad eggs from contaminating finished products.

  2. Remove all yolk from whites to ensure a high quality product when separating.

  3. Keep machine running at top production speeds and follow through with each days responsibilities. (whole egg vs. separating)

  4. Follow USDA regulations.

  5. Check air pressure and water pressure before starting.

  6. Clean machine of egg and egg shells before breaks.

  7. Follow all PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) requirements.

  8. Follow all GMP’s (washing hands, etc.) throughout the day.

  9. Follow all HACCP guidelines.

  10. Maintain sanitary conditions and ensure that product quality is maintained.

  11. Adhere to safe work practices, follow GMP’s, maintain sanitary conditions and ensure that product quality is maintained. Report to management any conditions or practices that may adversely affect food safety, food quality or personnel safety.

  12. Able to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.

  13. Travel to and work at multiple locations.

  14. Perform other duties as assigned.
