Chubb is seeking an Underwriting Service Associate in our Phoenix location.

Based on increased efficiencies resulting from technology and centralization of underwriting and underwriting-related services, the Operations Services Department (OSD) has created Branch Services cores. These cores are driven at leveraging the benefits of coring high volume tasks and maximizing the use of technology. This position is part of this Branch Services core located in Dallas.

Responsibilities of this position include:

Commercial New Line Submission & Prospect Entry Processing including: •Reviews incoming submissions to determine correct service branch and customer group •Performs Agency Licensing validation •Indexes all supporting documentation in the underwriting file •Completes entry with the appropriate name clearance system and indexes all supporting documentation in the underwriting file •Enters Prospects according to business rules •Generates correspondence associated with new line submissions per Corporate Rules

Commercial Endorsement Triage Processing

Branch Service Requests which includes: •CCI: BORs, Flood Maps, Elias, Loss Runs, OFAC Research, •Prospect Entry/Close Outs
