We have an exciting opportunity for a

Site Storeroom Operations Manager in Palatka, FL . The candidate selected for this position will lead a team of highly skilled storeroom & Reliability Engineering staff in a fast paced, high energy-manufacturing environment.


  • Manage the overall storeroom department including the Reliability Engineering, Material Coordination and all Storeroom related functions

  • Plans, directs, and coordinate Materials and Supply Chain processes

  • Maintain a safe work environment aligned with the ATS values

  • Analyze and report key performance indicators utilizing storeroom management software

  • Directs supply chain projects to ensure that they are on time and within budgetary controls

  • Make recommendations to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations

  • Develops, evaluates, and improves processes, utilizing knowledge of designs, processes, capabilities, methods, and quality control standards to reduce/optimize cost

  • Lead a continuous improvement methodology to promote cost savings and customer loyalty

  • Manage financial performance of the site to achieve profit and loss targets

  • Attract, select and retain high performing technical talent

  • Manage employee performance and development

  • Interface effectively with ATS customer to align storeroom & inventory goals with production objectives

  • Interacts with customers to ensure that all requirements are being met



  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field: business, materials management, engineering

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management systems and track record of success

  • Candidate must possess a well-rounded knowledge of large and complex businesses function;

  • specifically advanced Materials & Supply Chain strategies and tactics

  • Flexibility to relocate within a defined geographic area

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

  • Previous leadership experience in a technical environment

  • Previous experience with continuous improvement methodologies and proven cost savings through Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and Six Sigma is highly desirable

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft applications, web-based applications, and CMMS software (SAP preferred)

  • Strong business acumen
