POSTION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

We are looking for a Sales Operations Support Analyst to join our growing Hospitality team. Although listed in Harrisburg, PA, this position is actually located in our Shamokin Dam office.

POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

This position will start off being heavily focused on office management and administrative assistant type responsibilities for this small local office. It will evolve into a role that is more focused on supporting a sales team for any/all administrative tasks to help alleviate their administrative function so they may focus more on sales. We seek to hire someone who is interested in learning this sales side of the business.

• Handles phone calls for incoming customer requests • Handles order cancellations and transfers • Identifies and resolves customer order or billing requests and issues • Follows-up with customers to ensure that orders have been received • Prepares sales documentation • Responds to customer inquiries regarding delivery and expedition of orders • Processing of orders from sales associates and customers • Sending order acknowledgements • Responding to order status inquiries • Identifies and resolves customer problems • Obtains relevant information to resolve issues in compliance with order management processes

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1 year of customer service experience • 1 year of administrative experience • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Must be detail oriented and extremely organized • Strong problem solving skills and can work in a fast- paced working environment • Strong Microsoft Office Suite experience - Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience supporting a sales team • Hospitality industry experience • Restaurant industry experience • Point of Sale system experience
