Plans and Training Healthcare Operations Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Work in support of the Defense Health Agency (DHA) to analyze innovative and effective policy and programs for common defense–wide medical readiness, operations, and training that enhances the effect and effectiveness of medical capabilities and healthcare for a Joint deployed force. Review critical military medical policies and capabilities required to support the operational force. Assess deployment health areas relating to operational capabilities and service delivery organizations for deployed Service members. Develop and produce Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) documents to validate operational requirements. Provide informed objective analysis to DHA leadership to support decision making processes, capability and program visibility, and capability analysis and development. Analyze programmatic gaps and redundancies to balance operational risk, capability performance, and responsiveness to the operational forces' needs despite limited resources. Conduct and support document and policy reviews with informed comments and edits for government reference, policy–related documents and issuances, and responses to Congressional and other inquiries, charters, and other official documents.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with DoD Military Health Systems and the DHA

-Knowledge of program management

-Secret clearance

-MS degree in Management

-PMP Certification
