PKI Engineer, Senior
Provide technical expertise related to the support of concept exploration, functional and technical requirements generation, development, implementation, and enhancement of Identity Protection Management (IPM). Support the identity verification and issuance of strong credentials, including name and DoD ID number for access to DoD protected online resources leveraging the DoD Public Key Certificates. Perform Tier III troubleshooting on systems relating to IPM specific incidents, including cryptographic logon, certificate validation, and domain controller certificates. Participate in and provide IPM subject matter expertise in resolving issues. Provide hardware and software technical support to operate, troubleshoot, and scale. Provide expertise in development, deployment, and configuration of Certificate Authority (CA) infrastructure, Certificate Validation Infrastructure (CVI), and Token Card Management System.
-7+ years of experience in information assurance or Cybersecurity
-7+ years of experience in technical positions focusing primarily on DoD or federal PKI or PKE
-Experience in working with PKI-related network engineering
-Knowledge of PKI hardware and token issuance support services
-HS diploma or GED
-DoD 8570 Certification, including Security+ or CISSP
-Experience in working with PKI-related network engineering, Virtual Machine Infrastructure, including VMware, Storage Area Network, network switching, load balancing, Active Directory, Axway Validation Authority Suite software, Windows Server, Online Certificate Status Protocol (OCSP), Card Management System (CMS), UNIX, and Linux operating systems and server hardware
-Knowledge of DoD security policy
-BA or BS degree in CS or Information Technology or Security-related field
-CASP and CISSP Certification preferred
