Molex Operator, Assembly in United States
Third Shift (Sun - Thur 10:30pm - 6:36am)Monitor an assembly machine, or section of an assembly machine. Supply and ensure the machine has the necessary material to run. The job requires that parts are being run correctly and process faults are corrected for proper operation. Specific duties include but are not limited to the following:1. Verify and properly stage correct components to the assembly process.2. Operate and monitor the process to correct machine faults and verify proper assembly.3. Perform quality inspections and record information as required, per work instructions.4. Record all required traceability information.5. Record all required process information.6. Perform SAP/Mii transactions for all the area (if applicable)7. Perform gage verifications and record information.8. Maintain and clean equipment including preventive maintenance.9. Package and label product as required.10. Communicate machine, product and process issues to proper personnel.11. Ability to work in a team environment and communicate with all team members in a professional and productive manner.12. Work with leads and supervisor to schedule and work needed over time.13. Understand, support and contribute to current Molex Quality and Environmental systems by following stated policies and procedures.14. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.15. Maintain a safe work environment and good housekeeping practices.16. Actively support Lean/Six Sigma initiatives and programs.17.
