IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT: Candidates MUST reside near Robinson's Otis, Paco Manila

The Skills and Experience that will help you succeed include:

  • Conducts staff meeting and one-on-one counseling sessions

  • Ensures client satisfaction thru researching, resolving and documenting customer concerns

  • Conducts Staff Meetings

  • Conducts counseling sessions

  • Conducts Focused Group Discussion (FGD)

  • Analyzes call offered statistics and call arrival patterns

  • Ensures adequate staffing

  • Ensures that established service level in call handling are achieved

  • Forecasts department training needs to meet desired FTE

  • Analyzes statistical reports and other documentations

  • Identifies trends

  • Implements enhancements to overall performance

  • Recommends and implements new processes/procedures based on findings

  • Works closely with technical services

  • Ensures reports accuracy and integrity

  • Reviews data

  • Sends disputes promptly to correct client reports

  • Ensures necessary tools are provided to have quality service and achieve goals

  • Provides leadership for management initiatives

  • Encourage giving of feedback

  • Prepares and conducts performance review

  • Creates an optimistic environment

  • Identifies needs of representatives, team leaders, supervisors and managers

  • Recommends and implements new QA processes or procedures

Job Requirements

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have a Bachelor’s College Degree in a related field

  • Needs 2-4 years work experience in a related field

  • Above average English communications skills

  • Above average customer service, organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Above average computer skills especially in the use of Microsoft Office Tools

  • Has good marketing and planning skills

  • Must be a team player

  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment

  • Willing to work on shifting schedules and night shifts

  • Applicants must be willing to work in 4F Robinsons Otis, Paco Manila.
