Dispatcher - Ops: This multi-faceted position requires managing production crew, trouble shooting, planning, scheduling, fork lift operation, warehouse handling, daily paperwork, administrative duties, as well as a rotating schedule with the ability to open early mornings, close late evenings and weekends as needed. This is a fast paced environment, requiring a quick thinking decision making leader.



  • *Minimum of THREE years *Operations experience in the moving & storage industry

  • Ability to work full time with a varying schedule including early mornings, evenings and weekends

  • A valid driver license, with a clean MVR

  • Pass background check and drug test
  • Basic computer skills as well as Microsoft Office products
  • Leadership skills and confidence
  • Ability to communicate well with others
  • Positive attitude
  • Detailed oriented
  • Works well in a fast pace environment
  • No tattoos on face or neck


  • Forklift experience a plus
  • CDL a plus
  • Great Plains and Movers Suite software experience a plus
