SUMMARY:

Create customized management reports and track branch performance trends. Create customized ad hoc reports as requested by Senior Management.

MAJOR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create customized management and board reports to track, measure and analyze company portfolio performance, including growth, volume, asset quality and other trends.Create customized ad hoc reports as requested by Senior Management.

  • Management of CAA (Credit Approval Authority)

  • Management of Corporate Credit Cards

  • Insurance License and Appointments

  • Insurance Products Administration

  • Preparation of new contracts/notes, etc.

  • Loan License renewals

  • Regulatory exam questionnaire review and response preparations

  • User access review

  • back up for dealer input

  • Process super-checks

  • Process service copies

  • Manage office supplies setup and approval

  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1+ years consumer finance experience, related industry and/or management experience

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.

  • Effective communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Detail oriented.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word Applications

PREFERRED/DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to relocate

  • Bilingual, Spanish/English

  • Consumer finance experience, related industry and/or management experience

  • Legal experience/regulatory knowledge
