KI, a world-class supplier of innovative and award-winning furniture solutions for business, educational, and healthcare environments is seeking a Hand Welder and Equipment Operator in our Green Bay manufacturing plant. This position will be for our 2nd shift, running from 2pm-10pm. Our second shift receives an additional $0.45/hour! There is an opportunity to receive a $1,500.00 sign-on bonus for this role! Eligibility rules apply.

Summary of essential job functions:

  • Read and understand MPR

  • Lifting of heavy objects

Operation of:

  • Hand welders

  • Hydraulic Banks for sleds

  • Drill press

  • Set up and run bender

  • Run robots

  • Run cut off saw

  • Be able to change a welding whip and liner

  • Produce a quality product daily for our customers

  • Be able to weld all products throughout the cell

  • Must be able to perform the essential job functions for the entire scheduled (8-hr) shift. On occasion, employees are required to work overtime to help meet the customer expectations and production demands.

  • Use Pneumatic tools
