ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Making outbound/Inbound calls promoting ourHolidays By Wyndhampackages

  • Responsible for followingall Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia PacificPolicies andProcedures as set byManagement

  • Ensure cancellationand amendment policiesare adhered to

  • Maximize every opportunity includingemail enquiries, online packages and telephone enquiries

  • Actively promote special packagesfor seasonal campaigns

  • Ensure that all reasonable directions given with regards to health and safety arefollowed, to notwillfully place at risk the healthand safety of yourselfor any person in the workplace and to not willfully or recklessly interferewith or misuse anything providedfor health and safety.

  • Display a Count On Me!serviceto all internaland external parties.

  • Display innovation throughinspiring, creating andimproving processesand products.

  • Show integrity in all aspects of thepositionby doing the right thing, taking responsibility anddelivering on the promise

  • Display leadership values by ensuring effective communication and respecting your peersand managers. Support others within the teamand empower each other wherever possible

  • Any other duties as may be reasonably requested by management
