Role Purpose * Drive professional and effective project management and strong holistic, proactive and efficient support to the team of MENAF, Turkey & Balkans, MEDA South and Commercial Head. * To contribute and coordinate alignment and connectivity between general management, sales, marketing and technical departments. * Work with regional marketing teams in the development of customer insight (market research etc) and product launches and campaign design for the regional portfolios. Lead local research / insight activities. * Manage the implementation of campaigns aligned with regional brand / portfolio positioning, look and feel etc * To co-create and supervise customer targeting strategies providing marketing communication solutions (including A&P materials) including digital marketing solutions to reach and influence targeted customers. * Lead the local implementation and integration of SalesForce.com into sales and marketing processes in the territory. * Organize meetings and events, internally and externally inline with strategy and budget in coordination with Commercial Head, team and regional marketing (where the region is providing support). * To bridge, connect and support with the relevant Business Partners. * The role requires collaboration with all departments in L&G MENAF, Turkey & Balkans but also in Basel at the HQ. * Provide Admin support when needed. Accountabilities * Drives projects with professional project management process and monitors project progress; steers projects through the project approval process in line with the EAME LGLT. * Provides Project Portfolio management for the Territory. * Leads independently several local projects in different areas (e.g. Strategy, Finance, IS, Site Management, etc.) * Maintains full confidentiality of all leadership aspects and information; maintains professional 'distance' to ensure confidentiality while integrating with the team where required. * Optimizes independently all administrative processes across the organisation and acts as Learning Ambassador. * Plans, prepares and conducts independently accurately MBRs, EAME LGLT and agendas, facilitates meetings, establishes minutes, organizes conferences, sales meetings and provides event management and organisational development when needed. * Provide analysis and generate reports and presentations on market dynamics and competitive strategies/activities. * Lead and follow up Range requests, customer complaints, customers forecast execution, NPIs plan, and projects in alignments with the commercial head.
Knowledge, experience & capabilities
