The Communications, Media & Technology (CMT) Operating Group supports the Communications Industry, Electronics and High Tech, and Media and Entertainment industries. Our people, in addition to being very knowledgeable about the CMT industry, typically have a specialist skill set in areas such as Sales and Customer Service, Digital, Strategy, Talent and Organisation, Finance and Performance Management and Process and Operations. We work very closely with our colleagues in Accenture Strategy, Digital and the rest of the CMT Operating Group.

We are looking for exceptional individuals at a Consultant level with solid practical experience of transformation of process and business operations to work in our Communications, Media and Technology Practice. Key responsibilities may include:
Establishing client relationships through strong stakeholder management
Designing, improving or transforming operational processes using a variety of methodologies including using lean and six sigma
Taking accountability for resolving client business issues, using a data-driven approach
Managing a team to propose and deliver solutions that reflect underlying strategic business needs and/or industry best practices
Providing best practice, insights and/or expertise to others
Influencing client operational behaviour through change management techniques
Balancing the relationship between budget, staffing mix and project milestones when building work plans and schedules
Identifying and addressing priorities, potential obstacles, constraints and dependencies when developing/managing plan or schedule
Building and developing strong external relationships within the UKI CMT industry
Development of viewpoints and thought leadership on Operational Excellence that can be championed internally and externally
Using external and/or non-traditional sources of information to bring insight to problems

What we're looking for:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, high personal standards, a high degree of creativity, ability to develop intellectual capital and professional ethics. You must be a team player and have strong lateral management and persuasive skills. You must have the spirit, ability and desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment that does not afford the administrative support of a larger service line, necessitating all team members to multi-task and work "hands on".

What Skills are required:
Experience of working within one or more of the following industries:
Media & Entertainment
Aerospace & Defence
Internet & Social
Electronics & High Technology
Process & business operations transformation experience within strategic and operational projects and programmes within the Communications, Media and Technology industry sectors
Consulting experience with blue-chip companies or has a well-rounded profile with strong industry experience (e.g. as an internal consultant)
Experience of leading initiatives using a data-driven approach to define the approach
Demonstrable experience of applying a combination of different Process transformation methodologies and techniques, and implementing the change successfully within a client organisation
A demonstrable ability to manage relationships with client stakeholders including evidence of relationship building that results in sustainable client relationships
Demonstrable coaching skills and experience of capability development across different teams and at a one to one level
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong academic performance in a degree at graduate or undergraduate level
What Skills are desired:
Lean Six Sigma Process Transformation, training and accreditation at Green Belt or Black Belt level
Business Process Management (BPM)
Experience of Pega or other BPM tool
Target operating model definition
Experience in Network deployment including process improvement in this area
