To ensure that proper methods are practiced in the processing of all Cargill products so as to guarantee its quality. Ensure accurate preparation of drugs, vitamins and mineral premixes in support of the batching operation.
Ensure that drugs and premixes are prepared in a manner that will prevent unsafe cross contamination and will ensure utmost accuracy of the inclusion. If there will be any detected discrepancy in the inclusions, report at once to the Production SV.
Ensure that the processes of drug/premix preparation comply with the FSQR requirements by following all applicable GMP’s and SOP’s and the use of the SMS.
Comply with the safety policies and guidelines of the company a zero accident environment.
Conduct accurate daily micro ingredient inventories to check for discrepancies.
Ensures the accuracy of received micro ingredients, check code if match with the RT, check bag weight, expiration date and the proper storage of the received micro ingredients.
Conduct effective housekeeping at the premix area, scales, and other tools such as scoops in order to ensure that they do not pose contamination risk to products and ingredients as well as maintaining good personal hygiene.
Perform other functions in different/machines/equipment in the feed production processes for self-development and in the absence of assigned operators.
Performs preventive maintenance on equipment in order to maintain the designed capacities and maximize plant efficiency.
Conducts regular update on information/data inventory on computer software application such as LRT and Microsoft excel.
Consolidates daily and monthly inventory of micro ingredients.
Update records and documents for FSQR and production audits.
An undergraduate or graduate of Engineering or other related fields of study.
At least one (1) year experience in a manufacturing plant.
Knows how to interpret process flow diagrams or schematics.
Knowledge of machine troubleshooting
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Good in written and oral communication.
Must exhibit good interpersonal skills and can work effectively in the organization.
Able to work for long hours and night shift.
