GeneralSummary

The Operations Coordinator isresponsible for managing customer service activities, including account management,audit scheduling, audit reporting and certificate issuance follow-up; auditor’spool management and audit travel coordination within ABS QE.

Principle Duties andResponsibilities (PDR)

  • Participateas a management team member in the development and implementation of companypolicyto achieve company and corporate objectives.

  • Providefinancial analysis, forecasting, assistance with budget preparation, costcontrol andperformanceto budget.

  • Establishpolicies and practices that ensure a high level of customer service andattainment ofcustomersatisfaction with ABS QE services.

  • Developand maintain an effective department through the development of personnelincluding coordination of customer service training.

  • AssistCertification Manager with coordination of technical training.

  • Maintainpositive relationship with clients and review major complaints from clients forthepurposeof resolving issues and taking corrective actions.

  • Coordinatewith other ABS QE personnel to ensure timely and effective administration ofservices, and subsequent report filing.

  • ReportKPI’s, budget and strategic initiatives related to operations.

  • Identifyand plan auditor needs and recruit them in joint coordination with the CountryManager and Certification Manager.

  • Auditors’pool performance management, including corrective action and improvement plansimplementation.

  • Performother duties as assigned by the Country Manager.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills andAbilities Required (KSAR)

  • Bachelor’sdegree or recognized equivalent from and accredited university, preferably in abusiness/technicaldiscipline, or equivalent business/quality related experience.

  • Financeexperience to include forecasting and budgeting.

  • Provenleadership ability to plan, coordinate, and manage an organization.

  • Demonstrateability in decision making and organizational skills.

  • Demonstratesprofessionalism, exercises sound judgment, and has a sense of diplomacy.

  • Familiaritywith commercial, governmental, and international quality standards.

  • Willingnessto foster and incorporate change.

  • Mustbe computer literate.
