Machine Equipment OperatorTri-State areas premier Snow & Ice Management Company is seeking Seasonal Equipment Operators are on-call for the Winter Season. Candidates for this position must be available any hours and days between November 1 through the last snow storm of the season. Shifts range from six(6) to twelve(12) hours and are mostly overnight depending on the storm event. May require longer hours for larger storms.Winter Services is looking for Experienced Equipment Operators to help us with our snow removal services. This is a team effort, which means you will work with other team members to efficiently and safely complete each assignment. We emphasize high-quality service. Meaning, for us to be successful, team members are required to be punctual and dependable.Winter Services team member must:Have 3-5 years of commercial snow experience using skid steer, front end loader, backhoe, or equivalent vehicles with plows and snow containment boxes and provide 2 references. Work outdoors in freezing weather conditionsBe able to lift or carry 50 to 60 pounds without restrictionHave a clean driving recordUnderstand and carry out all instructionsUse a smartphone for communicationsHave a valid driver's license with no restrictions (CDL NOT required)Work well under pressure while paying attention to all details and goalsHave transportation to reach our location or job-siteCooperate with team members in accomplishing a common goal.You must attend a training secession to be considered to be hired. Winter Services wants the best team members who are prepared for all conditions.To join our team, you will be responsible for plowing commercial lots based on your location in central and northern New Jersey, and will be required to check in and out of jobs and assignments with dispatch.We offer competitive compensation for our snow and ice management professionals. Based on your experience, you can expect to earn $25 to $30 per hour, plus time and for overtime
