Kelly Services Production Workers/Machine Operators in Troy, Missouri

We have an immediate need for candidates to work as Production Workers/Machine Operators for a top manufacturing facility in Troy, MO. These are Long Term, Temp-Perm positions. This position requires that candidates can perform the following duties:

  • Repetitive Lifting (up to 35 lbs)

  • Bending, twisting, stooping, etc.

  • Moving/lifting parts

  • Attention to detail

  • Fine motor skills in both hands, placing and setting of cores

  • Reading and comprehending written work instructions

All candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Ability to work in a hot environment

  • Must be available for all shifts (7 am-3:30 pm, 3 pm-11:30 pm and 11 pm-7:30 am)

  • 40 hour work week possible mandatory overtime and weekends

  • Good Attendance is essential

  • Dependable transportation

  • Positive attitude

  • Great work ethic

  • Self-motivated

Pay Rate: $13.70/hr with a .50 cent shift differential for second or third shifts

.25 cent raise after every 520 regular hours worked-approximately every 3 months
