Ralph Lauren is seeking an Analyst to join our Operations team. The Operations team works to ensure the timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. This includes monitoring all change requests by Merchandising, and ensuring that Production details are aligned so that inventory receipts can properly flow into the DC and on to the customer. Works closely with all partners to identify and mitigate any risk to customer orders. Role Competencies: Ensure the timely and accurate fulfillment of customer ordersMonitor and maintain Production / Customer Purchase Order from Production to CustomerIdentify and resolve ASN issues. Identify and resolve size code errors.Assist in and oversee resolving systems data integration issues.Identify root cause of integration issues and recommend process change.ERP System Item Master maintenance.Purchase Order entry.Investigate discrepancies between invoicing and product received into inventory.Resolve invoice payment issues for domestic and off-shore vendors.Product and Customer Order Management.Ensure the seamless flow of Merchandise form the Warehouse to RL Canada Customers Identify and mitigate any issues that could impact the timely delivery of Customer OrdersHandling and solving account queries.Timely and accurate delivery block removal.Liaise with Production, Account Service, Warehouse, Continuous Improvement and CustomersProvide support with projects and process improvements as required Education & Knowledge: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in BusinessStrong client service skills Enthusiastic, positive, professional and pro-active service minded attitudeExcellent oral and written communication skills – ability to communicate with people at all levels of the organizationPrevious Experience with SAP an AssetFlexible; handles new challenges with a positive approachExtreme attention to detail and outstanding organizational skillsSelf-starter, highly motivated and can complete projects with minimal supervisionProficient in Microsoft Power Point, Excel, Word & OutlookBi-lingual English/Spanish preferred Experience: Past experience in developing processes for on-going activities1 – 3 years Customer Service / Production experience1 – 3 Years in Warehouse or Supply Chain experience Ralph Lauren is an equal opportunity employer.
