Business Operations Analyst -

We're growing our team and looking for a Business Operations Analyst to support our client's Production Network Operations team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for collaborating and working with cross functional teams on process mapping/engineering, business planning, data analysis, documentation, and project management.

Scope of Responsibilities –

  • Business operations process mapping/engineering, including analysis and consulting on improvements and implementing changes

  • Evaluate and improve on processes across Network Operation team so they can maintain network reliability while improving Operation rates, efficiencies, yields, costs and changeovers

  • Improve process capability and operation volume while maintaining and improving quality standards

  • Prepare data and metric reports for analysis

  • Collect, record, and transcribe data - from multiple sources - and report results in clear, concise manner (presentations, charts, graphs)

  • Develop and implement systems that optimize all phases of operation process

  • Work with network engineers and technical program managers to develop a cost-effective and working operation process

  • Facilitate and support projects to ensure projects are completed on time and financial budgets are followed

  • Support process and technological changes throughout an organization

  • Support team process and best practice development

  • Advocate process and tool changes

  • Educate and integrate business changes into operations

  • Assisting teams to adopt new practices

Skills and Experience -

  • Experience and understanding of Network and Infrastructure environments and technologies preferred

  • Strong business acumen with experience in strategy, operations, analysis and project management

  • Experience with developing processes and documentation to support them

  • Excellent communication skills with ability to develop strong relationships and build consensus across diverse stakeholders

  • Experience with high-performance teams, including direct and matrixed teams

  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with proven ability to lead complex projects and strategies with track record of delivering results

  • 3-5+ years experience

  • Excellent presentation and written skills

  • Familiar with Gmail / Google Apps

  • Strong business acumen

  • Minimum of Bachelor's (Four-year) degree in appropriate field of study
