Veriforce Customer Support / Client Services Analyst / Operator Liaison in The Woodlands, Texas

Veriforce is looking for an Operator Liaison who knows how to get things done and does them with a smile. The Veriforce Compliance team provides unparalleled support for our Operator clients by coordinating the initial setup in the system, coordinating all communication and troubleshooting.

  • Assisting with new Operator client transition and gathering of all required information

  • Assisting with the development of communications to Operator clients regarding system and program changes

  • Providing continued Operator support through various methods including; phone calls, emails, meetings, etc.

  • Creating and/or customizing reports, as requested

  • Assisting with questions regarding the company vendors

  • Troubleshooting Operator system usage errors/issues and provide workable resolutions

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) (required)

  • Six months to one year related experience and/or training (required)

  • One to two years related experience and/or training (preferred)
