Location : DSCI –Hyderabad

Reporting to : Senior Manager

Qualifications & Work experience requirements :

· Masters in Finance/Accounting/Commerce/Business Administration or Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant

· 8 to 10 years of total experience with at least 4 to 5 years in a people/ process management role with a medium to large professional BPO / Shared Services Centre

· Flexible to work varied shifts to support multi regional teams

· Strong Analytical skills and ability to work along with cross country/functional teams

· Very strong business communication and metrics management experience

· Should be efficient people manager who can manage and motivate direct reports to get best out of them and can foster win-win environment

Role description: Supervises & Achieves seamless delivery of multi-regional compliance operations of tax teams operating from DSCI (DuPont Services Center India-Hyderabad) across indirect, direct tax regimes.

PrimaryResponsibilities includes but not limited to …..

· Supervising seamless compliance operations delivery to ensure originations’ right to operate and un compromised tax obligations compliance adherence

· Internal controls frame work design/execution/Review to ensure fully compliant controlled environment to successfully get through internal/external/departmental audits/assessments

· Supporting various transformational projects within the organization

· Should constantly identify and innovate ways of delivering results

· Drive continuous and long term improvements in quality and productivity of the team’s delivery

· Be a strategic thinker and be able to deal with high level of ambiguity. Act as hands on transition resource to ensure smooth transition of compliance work from various stakeholders

· Develop and publish robust metrics that communicate the performance of processes/People across multiple dimensions

· Be a strong role model of organization’s core values and to drive the core value culture day in and day out.

· Establishing strong communication channels and exemplary relationship building with tax managers across the countries to seek their feedback periodically and to ensure process deliverables are operating in conjunction with their customized/country specific requirements

· Responsible for people development, coaching and mentoring
