Securities Services Operations is a global function comprised of Funds Services Ops, Global Custody Ops, Direct Custody & Clearing Ops, Futures, Clearing & Collateral Ops, Issuer Ops, Prime Finance Middle Office and Employee Funds Admin. The Securities Services Operations organization has approximately 6,000 people with a budget of approximately $575MM.

This role specifically is in our Custody Operations department which provides custody of securities for the entire lifecycle of a securities transaction for our institutional clients. This includes settlements, asset servicing (income collections, corporate Actions, proxy) and tax services.

The Project Sr. Analyst is an individual contributor role responsible for functional aspects of Project Development including key business requirement development and development of project artifacts as necessary within the U.S. Custody Transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

·Responsible for the development of Business Requirement Documentation (BRDs) ensuring Functional Documentation (FRDs) quality and traceability to BRD requirements and traceability and tracking of Key Business Requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

·Responsible for capture of ad-hoc requirements

·Engage internal / external stakeholders / vendors throughout the project lifecycle.

·Lead select project calls

·Investigate issues root cause and advise stakeholders of issue and project impact.

·Work to ensure project deliverables are timely and of appropriate quality. Track delivery timeliness.

·Area/Function (i.e. Program Management)

·Responsible for compliance with Office of Program Management project standards and governance

·Work to develop project plans roadmaps work-stream deliverables scoping documents charter identification and documentation of project risk issues and action items.

·Ensure for project compliance with project standards control and governance.

·Ensure project management methodology is adhered

·Develop and support project reporting and presentation updates

·Responsible for the development maintenance of project artifacts ensuring they are retained in an orderly controlled and retrievable manner.

·Research and perform complex analysis on issues and situations to identify risk and to develop options and alternatives


Knowledge / Experience:

·3-5 years US Custody processing experience. Asset Servicing experience a plus.

·Able to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the custody space.

·BS/BA degree or equivalent combination of education/experience

·Previous project management experience a plus

·Knowledge of Citi’s US Custody system set a plus
