Description:

The Joint Information Operations Fusion Center (JIOFC) Targeteer will:

Assist JIOFC in Targeting intelligence analysis. Specific tasks include:

  • Access, review, collate, correlate, corroborate, analyze, and maintain all-source intelligence reports, finsished intelligence products/reports and intelligence/operational data

  • Produce tailored intelligence Targeting products using source material from DOD, IA, PN and other designated organizations

  • Edit, process, release and post Government approved Targeting products

  • Coordinate all Targeting products with the USSOCOM Joint Intelligence Center

  • Apply intelligence Targeting products to IO planning and operations

  • Provide analysis of population vulnerability to VEO messaging, supporting Joint targeting by utilizing all-source intelligence to develop target system analysis, targets, and compile and maintain target lists

  • Processing intelligence requirements to support IO and assessments

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and plans required for periodic updates

Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience as analyst targeteer with the ability to follow operations security procedures, perform the different intelligence disciplines, work through the intelligence cycle and the intelligence production process, properly utilize intelligence community classification and control markings, and estimate and interpret intelligence confidence

  • 5 years of experience with national collections system capabilities analytical tools with the ability to produce actionable prioritized targets

  • 5 years of experience using communication skills, both written and oral, to include preparation of written products for senior leader use (general officer/flag officer/senior executive service level or HQ equivalent)

  • 5 years of experience using ArcGIS software with the ability to develop point and raster layers, perform geospatial analysis, and develop staff level briefing products for senior leaders

  • 5 years of experience conducting intelligence preparation of the battlespace (IPB), intelligence preparation of the operational environment (IPOE), or Joint intelligence preparation of the operational environment (JIPOE)

  • 5 years of experience constructing political, military, economic, social, infrastructure, and information (PMESII) – areas, structures, capabilities, organization, people, events (ASCOPE) matrices

  • 3 year of experience supporting IO/MISO

  • 3 years of experience working with a Combatant Command (COCOM), Theater Special Operations Command (TSOC) or equivalent level staff with duties including providing analyses, recommendations, and draft products to assist in the development of information papers, planning orders, Operational orders, analyses, estimates, and briefings for Command leadership and primary staff

  • 3 years of experience with duties involving the planning, coordination and deconfliction of DOD plans, operations, actions and activities

  • Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
