Citi HR Shared Services (HRSS) develops world-class global HR infrastructure that provides services, processes and tools to enable businesses to manage their employees while assisting in management of cost, risk, growth and quality.

The successful candidate will be a member of the Reporting and System Operations team in the Equity Compensation Unit. Citi's Equity Compensation Unit is responsible for administration of employee equity award programs, including stock awards, stock options, and Deferred cash programs, in approximately 90 countries. Working closely with Reports Manager, Equity Reports Analysts, and the Technology Team, the System Operations Analyst will need to partner to deliver timely and accurate data analysis and operational support to a variety of clients and internal parties.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

·Support business processes and related systems to implement new/enhanced inbound/outbound data file feeds and develop operational process improvements.

·Perform advanced, detailed reconciliations of equity related system feeds.

·Provide data quality analysis to ensure equity data is accurate and timely. Liaise with global partners to resolve any data discrepancies and/or data feed issues impacting equity processes.

·Establish and implement process improvements based on client and technical needs including development ofnew data validation process to analyze data both inbound to the Citi Equity Rewards Application (CERA) and outbound to the multiple downstream systems.

·Coordinate and act on all aspects of the Equity Compensation Data Warehouse, including technical change requests for report revisions, testing, reconciliations and training.

·Lead process in preparing, reconciling and distributing the Monthly Equity Activity for Deferred Cash and Deferred Cash Stock Unit Programs ensuring accuracy and timely results.

·Work with technical development team with responsibility to support activities relating to issues, data or processes.

·Act as key player; liaising with global equity coordinators, Global Equity Tax, Internal Accounting, Payrolls, and Human Resource departments on various projects.

·Subject matter expert for all system data feeds and data process flow.

·Partner with business colleagues to define and document business and functional requirements and provide process enhancements and ongoing support.

·Develop and create standard and Ad-hoc reports utilizing MicroStrategy and/or MSAccess to support business needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum four years’ work experience in similar role.

  • Strong analytical skill set and affinity for metrics and data required.

  • Intermediate user skill set in MS Excel and Access required.

  • Ability to work concurrently on multiple priorities.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team and cross-functional team members

  • Ability to define strategic solutions and develop plan to accomplish.

  • Previous experience with systems or affinity for technology.

  • Knowledge of SQL / to be able to query databases.
