This position is located in the Administrative Service Center in Tampa, FL.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Finance

  • 10 or more years of shared services or service center experience with five or more in a leadership position

  • Leadership skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Analytic, problem-solving and decision-making ability

  • Sound judgment

  • Ability to make good decisions under pressure

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Requirements:

  • Thorough understanding of a law firm environment and operations

What will your day look like?

In this exciting opportunity you will provide daily management and oversight to the Business Operations Center (providing leadership, planning, project coordination and management) with the goal of developing a cost-effective center while concurrently facilitating efficient operations to meet current and future business needs.

This will include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop specific short and long-term plans that optimizes revenue and, retention opportunities.

  • Ensuring continuity and successful delivery of functional services.

  • Developing and administering the annual department budget.

  • Delivering results against a define scope of work that includes measurable ROI, strategic innovation, performance reporting and staff development.

  • Developing,, implementing and maintaining effective internal and external Quality Assurance (QA) programs that foster continuous improvement.

  • Creating and maintaining various reports detailing statistical performance levels and other key metrics.

  • Developing and maintaining effective organization or responsibility, including efficient recruiting, training, coaching, recognition, workflow patterns, performance standards, delineation of duties and responsibility levels, and supervision.

  • Coordinating analytic, strategic and technical resources to meet service expectations.
