This is a professional position within the System Support Services Unit in the Bureau of Operations in the Division of Medical Quality Assurance.

Provides customer service to internal customers via email and phone. Filter and route incoming inquiries via the internal helpdesk ticketing system. Serve as an analyst to review, evaluate, and manage the unit’s process management measures. This includes acting as a custodian of the Division’s balanced scorecard and publications.

This position would be responsible for overseeing the valid, reliable, and timely reporting of scorecard measures and publications. The incumbent will use skilled decision-making techniques in evaluating, planning, and integrating analysis of data to formulate solutions, strategies and make recommendations to management.

The Incumbent will also review and edit step-by-step administrative and data guides, develop business requirements for data management and conduct user acceptance testing.

Coordinate periodic review, and cleanup to ensure the Department’s data integrity.

Hold meeting with stakeholders to gather business requirements for new reports requests, as well as updates/changes to existing reports. Perform thorough determination of user needs at system or process level. Design and document reporting solutions to these needs.

Maintain the validity and reliability documentation for reports used for reporting of the Department’s scorecard measures and publications.

Conduct research, performs statistical, trend and data analysis.

Organize data into logical formats for presentation in reports, documents and other written or digital materials. Such activities include data measures for the following publications:

  • Balance Scorecard Report

  • Division Monthly Dashboard Report

  • Division Quarterly Report (Data Section)

  • Division Annual Report (Data Section)

  • Long-range Program Planning Measures (LRPP)

  • State Health Improvement Plan (SHIP)

  • Forms, tables and reports as required by management

Performs other work related duties as required.
