This is a highly responsible professional position in the HIV Patient Care Program in the HIV/AIDS Section.

Lead the Quality Management activities for Patient Care. Act as the primary liaison with the Quality Management technical assistance providers furnished by the National Quality Center. Educate and engage Section and community staff as needed concerning development and implementation of the Quality Management Plan. Work with other section staff (ADAP, Reporting, and Prevention) as needed to assure that the program QM initiatives and goals are understood.

Lead responsibility for facilitating the preparation and submission of Patient Care section of the HIV Comprehensive Plan. Work closely with the Prevention Program staff on the development of an integrated statewide HIV plan.

Act as primary liaison with the Patient Care Planning Group and work closely with the group’s logistical facilitator, The AIDS Institute, to support group meetings and projects

Process mapping and policy development research and development as requested.

Coordinate the completion of all HRSA grant applications; track grant application assignments and assure information is submitted by dues dates. Edit and integrate grant pieces into one seamless grant narrative. Work close with fiscal staff with grant submission process.

Serve as a member of the CQM Statewide Executive Committee and participate in activities that will guide the CQM program statewide. Performs related work as required.
