Description

Position Purpose

Utilizes general HR Services/Operations knowledge to administer complex processes related to the delivery of HR Services/Operations services. Responsibilities require performing/executing HR Benefits Processing, Attendance and Timekeeping, Records Management activities under general supervision.Other activities include or are related to: Development, implementation and execution of HR Services/Operations strategies, policies and processes; relationship management; HR Services/Operations governance and compliance; and HR Services/Operations data research, analysis and tools.

Principal Accountabilities

HR SERVICES / OPERATIONS GOVERNANCE & COMPLIANCE

  • Process attendance and timekeeping to expedite reporting to payroll

  • Implement of attendance and timekeeping policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

  • Report updated Life and Accident Insurance Coverage

  • Maintain an updated 201 file records of all employees

  • Administer Service Awards

DEVELOP, IMPLEMENT AND EXECUTE HR SERVICES / OPERATIONS STRATEGIES, POLICIES,PROGRAMS & PROCESSES

  • Draws upon general HR Services/Operations knowledge and/or general understanding of the business environment, requirements, and strategies to design new, and/or update existing, HR Services/ Operations specific strategies, policies, programs, and processes on compensation and benefits for a client group.

  • Under general supervision, performs the adoption/implementation, execution and maintenance of HR Services/Operations strategies, policies, programs and processes.

  • Under general supervision, provides consult to HR and business managers and supervisors regarding the interpretation and delivery of complex HR Services/Operations policies, programs and processes.

  • Utilizes general HR Services/Operations knowledge to perform/execute HR Services/Operations projects.

RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

  • Utilizes general HR Services/Operations knowledge to provide consult/advise to HR and business Managers/supervisors on HR Services/Operations issues/activities.

  • Develops HR Services/Operations related communications regarding strategies, policies, programs, and processes for distribution to employees, business leadership, etc.

  • Performs/Executes the design and delivery of HR Services/Operations training/education sessions for employees, and/or supervisors/managers in the business.

  • Performs/Executes activities related to the selection of vendors/insurers and performs complex activities associated with the ongoing vendor relationship/interaction.

HR SERVICES / OPERATIONS DATA RESEARCH, ANALYSIS & TOOLS

  • Draws upon full knowledge of HR Services/Operations principles, theories and concepts to guide/review/perform HR Services/Operations related research and analysis.

  • Prepares more complex HR Services/Operations reports/materials for use by HR and business managers and supervisors.

  • Under limited supervision, guides/reviews/performs the design, implementation and maintenance of HR Services/Operations tools and resources.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or related field.

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits administration is required.

  • MUST have knowledge in compensation and benefits administration in a Philippine operations environment.

  • Good planning, coordinating & organizing skills.

  • Strong organizational skills/adaptable/proactive

  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written

  • Ability to use office programs – word, power point, excel, other office assistant tools

  • Willing to work in BGC, Taguig
