We are looking for a Business Operations Manager to join our “Biz Ops team in leading our top- and bottom-line impact through objective analysis, operational insights, and strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for driving our Talent Solution monetization engine by ideating and analyzing the impact of marketing initiatives and exploring potential growth opportunities.

Responsibilities :

● Deliver strategic projects for our leadership that provide key business insights for high-priority initiatives

● Identify, scope, and tee up execution of strategic initiatives for the business

● Conduct in-depth analysis of our Talent Solutions business and develop deep understanding of key value drivers to identify improvement areas and opportunities

● Identify, diagnose and resolve performance issues

● Drive buy-in from LinkedIn s Marketing, Sales, and Product leaders on key strategic projects

● Mentor junior team members and support their professional development

Basic Qualifications :

● BA/BS degree in engineering, math, statistics, physics, computer science or related discipline

● 6+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking or a strategy-related role

Preferred Qualifications :

● MBA degree

● Experience with enterprise software, SaaS or online advertising

● Experience working with large datasets and using practical statistical analyses

● Experience solving real-world business and product problems using relational databases

● Experience in marketing with an interest in digital media, consumer technology, and online monetization

● Experience building and maintaining complex models

● Expert knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), SQL, Salesforce.com, and Dart

● Practical business understanding with a demonstrated interest in technology big data and/or entrepreneurship

● Independently capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources and delivering results in challenging situations

● Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to distill complex thoughts and strategies into simple, actionable recommendations

● Ability to articulately present and debate recommendations with cross-functional teams and senior leadership

● Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision
