Raytheon Technical Training Operations Officer in Sterling, Virginia

Job Description: Raytheon is seeking a highly detail-oriented Technical Planner passionate about technical operations in a fast-paced training environment. This dynamic position would focus on curriculum development and hands-on exercise planning that would require the coordination of students, instructors, and a variety of external resources in order to support the customer training schedule and learning objectives. This Technical Planner would also coach and assist instructors on preparing operational groups for the complex challenges faced in today’s highly technical world. Low to moderate travel will be required. Must be a self-starter, proficient in working on a small team, and possess the patience required to respond to shifting needs. Required Skills: · Active TS-SCI Clearance with Polygraph · Understanding of and experience with customer culture · Exceptionally detail-oriented o Ability to plan and execute highly-complex training exercises o Ability to maintain organized, high-quality documentation · Experience traveling operationally OCONUS · Experience leading operational teams and teams of varying backgrounds · Ability to assess risk and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment · Experience developing and improving lesson plans and curriculum · Ability to communicate effectively and deal with multiple, sometimes difficult, personalities · Ability to work non-traditional work schedule, to include CONUS travel several times per year for up to 2 weeks’ duration · Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Desired Skills: · Experience operating in denied areas · Experience with Signals Intelligence · Special Operations Military or ASOT background · Law enforcement experience and/or military intelligence experience · Experience conducting surveillance, surveillance detection, and/or counter surveillance operationally and in training environments · Experience conducting interviews and source elicitation · Photography skills · Experience reading, writing, and sending communications via customer-specific databases Required Education: · Bachelor’s Degree or minimum of 10 years’ experience working in Intelligence Community US Citizenship Requirements: · Must be a U.S. Citizen 99078
