Develop and/or maintain reports and other versions of Recognition data. May be responsible for developing/maintaining databases. Provide general consulting to business partners in the identification of information delivery solutions and resolution of information flow and data maintenance issues. Work with data owners to correct data errors and identify necessary workflow and/or systems changes. Specify, test and signoff on related systems changes & modifications due to new products. Ongoing support of business reports.


  • Respond to information requests from business clients

  • Interface with internal customer and communicate complex ideas clearly and comprehensively

  • Deliver post-implementation production support

  • Create, update and maintain all formal documentation

  • Create defects when production issues are found and participate in testing of the IT fix

  • Conduct and/or assist in end user training program when applicable

  • Make practical suggestions for improving work processes

  • Contribute to achievement of work group goals

  • Looks for and find ways to improve business operations

  • Work on projects, as assigned by manager

  • Reporting mechanisms may include Cognos 7.4, Cognos 10, Cognos 11, DSP, EDD, EZTrieve,FOCUS, Mainframe, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, SPARC, SQL, Other


  • Very strong PC skills including Microsoft Office Applications

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to meet deadlines

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Drive innovation and change relating to servicing the customer and developing efficient day to day operations

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and be part of a high performance team

  • Candidate must have the ability to work in the US without requiring sponsorship


  • Preferred experience with reporting mechanisms noted above.
