Job Summary:

Responsible for performing daily tasks such as sorting and routing incoming mail, filing and retrieving documents, running reports, mailing documents to intended recipients, indexing /assigning requests to business partners and scanning documents into an electronic imaging system. Additional responsibilities may include performing research to resolve inquires, auditing filing to ensure record retention accuracy and updating client information. Applies knowledge of department policies and procedures, and utilizes a general understanding of other department’s functions.

Role Characteristics:

• Performs a variety of duties requiring specific job skills

• Possesses the ability to switch tasks throughout the day as needed while maintain appropriate accuracy and productivity levels

• Follows general instructions or procedures

• Limited authority to make decisions that go beyond established expectations and guidelines

• For technical jobs, structured analysis and interpretations are required

• Makes decisions that impact accuracy of data, utilization of equipment, and/or quality of output which ultimately impact cost/revenue

• Applies knowledge to handle many problems independently but seeks guidance in highly complex situations

• Applies basic PC skills

• Typically has at least 2+ years of related experience

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Providing administrative support, data entry and various clerical duties; conducting research utilizing internal data and outside research sources.; and accommodating the storage of records and documents

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma

• 1+ years of administrative experience

• 1+ years of data entry experience

• Qualified candidates must be authorized to work in the US for any employer without requiring VISA sponsorship

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Financial services experience

• Ability to be flexible and multi-task in a fast pace, high production environment

• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 pounds (as needed to support department)

• Ability to sit, reach, grasp, lift, carry, bend, push and pull

• Perform detailed work, consistently delivering high quality results

• Digital dexterity (i.e., ability to use a computer keyboard and toggle between various screens)

• Communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms
