Business Operations Specialist
Are you a recent graduate from a Master’s Program who is looking to get hands-on experience working in the “C-Suite” of a Multi-Million Dollar Company?
We have a unique position supporting the Chief Executive Officer in a role that will have you immersed in the day-to-day operations of the business. This is not an Administrative Assistant role. To a great extent, you will be a project manager under the direction and support of a senior leader.
Support the Chief Operating Officer on general administrative tasks and “to-dos”
Assist with special projects when available and become the point person on projects when needed, particularly related to mergers and acquisitions
Responsible for the tracking, organization and creation of goals for the top 50-60 Triumvirate employees
Create and implement reporting metrics and KPIs
Create and deliver frequent employee and management goal reports
Assist in facilitating meetings and taking meeting minutes
Prepare agendas, PowerPoint presentations, and other reports
Bachelor’s Degree with a focus on Business, MBA preferred
At least 1-2 years of experience with mergers and acquisitions
Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
Team player with the ability to interface with all levels of management
The innate ability to be collaborative
Exceptional analytical skills and a keen intuition
Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and listening skills
Strong and well-advanced administrative support skills
