Business Operations Specialist

Are you a recent graduate from a Master’s Program who is looking to get hands-on experience working in the “C-Suite” of a Multi-Million Dollar Company?

We have a unique position supporting the Chief Executive Officer in a role that will have you immersed in the day-to-day operations of the business. This is not an Administrative Assistant role. To a great extent, you will be a project manager under the direction and support of a senior leader.


  • Support the Chief Operating Officer on general administrative tasks and “to-dos”

  • Assist with special projects when available and become the point person on projects when needed, particularly related to mergers and acquisitions

  • Responsible for the tracking, organization and creation of goals for the top 50-60 Triumvirate employees

  • Create and implement reporting metrics and KPIs

  • Create and deliver frequent employee and management goal reports

  • Assist in facilitating meetings and taking meeting minutes

  • Prepare agendas, PowerPoint presentations, and other reports

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a focus on Business, MBA preferred

  • At least 1-2 years of experience with mergers and acquisitions

  • Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills

  • Team player with the ability to interface with all levels of management

  • The innate ability to be collaborative

  • Exceptional analytical skills and a keen intuition

  • Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and listening skills

  • Strong and well-advanced administrative support skills
