The APAC Business Operations Team
The APAC BizOps team partners with our business leaders in APAC across a variety of strategic and operational initiatives. The position will entail identifying and driving analysis of strategic opportunities, analyzing market activity and competitive dynamics; assisting in the development of long-term strategy; assessing international market expansion; and implementing business level strategies for the company.

Partner with regional leadership team to shape growth of the business across APAC region (this role will have a Japan market focus as part of the portfolio)
Take initiative in identifying and pursuing strategic opportunities; lead growth strategies and special projects, including sales/go-to-market plans for each APAC market
Drive quarterly business reviews to understand growth drivers and identify operational challenges and areas for improvement
Design and develop operational dashboards for business lines and drive business driver analysis on regular basis
Build effective relationships with both regional and global colleagues from Finance, Marketing, Product and Business Development, and to drive business priorities for APAC
Required Qualifications :
3+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking or a strategy-related role
Preferred Qualifications :
Familiarity with SQL and Salesforce.com
Experience solving real-world business and product problems using relational databases
Experience in sales, digital media, consumer technology and online monetization
Experience and market knowledge of Japan market
Established strong Analysis and Presentation Preparation Skills: analysis and presentation creation using advanced Excel and PowerPoint. Experience tracking operating metrics and excel modeling.
Multi-tasking Prioritization Expertise: Experience (and preferably an enjoyment of) juggling multiple work streams and prioritize across competing demands.
Problem-solving leadership: Ability to drive insights to tackle complex business problems
High-energy, team-first, positive attitude: Able to plug into a fast-paced working environment and work effectively in teams
Independent, Proactive and Productive: Ability to be highly productive with limited oversight on day to day basis. This role is intended for somebody who will take meaningful responsibility in shaping strategy and operations.
Fluency in Japanese language
