Basic Qualifications

  • Education (minimum education level, degree or certification necessary): Bachelor's Degree and at least 1 year of experience in a supply chain or business role OR a High School Diploma and at least 4 years of experience in a sourcing, supply chain or business role.

  • Skills (minimum skills required):

  • Possess understanding of sourcing and purchasing activities

  • Experience utilizing ERP solutions to facilitate purchasing activities

  • Ability to constructively work with internal and external customers to resolve issues impacting the purchasing of products from suppliers

  • Experienced in managing high work volumes to a static service level agreement

  • Skilled at managing multiple requests simultaneously through standard business work flows

  • Years of experience in specific field or utilizing designated skills (minimum needed to be qualified):

  • Analytical, supply chain, or other relevant experience – 3 years

  • Experience in customer service focused environments – 3 years

  • Exposure to sourcing and procurement activities – 2 years

  • Utilization of financial accounting systems (Oracle or similar) – 2 years

  • Moderate to advanced expertise with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel – 2 years
