A day in the life...

The ideal Marketing Operations Project Manager is organized and adaptive with the ability to manage high-volume digital media projects and mitigate risk in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.

  • Manage day-to-day development from request through execution of creative assets for our digital advertising program.

  • Traffic/deliver digital media assets directly to our internal and external partners – inclusive of our Agency & Publishers.

  • Proactively build and maintain strong partner relationships with various teams across the organization in order to facilitate and produce final deliverables.

  • Facilitate and negotiate content due dates and deliverables to optimize content output.

  • Deliver exemplary customer service through strong ownership, professionalism, and proactive problem solving.

  • Demonstrate a commitment to teamwork through relationship building and collaboration.

  • Deliver productivity through time efficiency and a commitment to strong results.

You own this if you have...* *

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, or related field.

  • 3-5 years experience in digital media and/or project management.

  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage workload, able to work independently.

  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with a core understanding of media success measurements and goals.

  • Strong attention to detail by achieving thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task.

  • Strong appreciation for the creative process and branded design.

  • Strong team player with experience in negotiation and team building.

  • Ability to motivate and provide leadership to internal teams across a variety of disciplines.

  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.

  • Skilled in MS Office suite.*
